Hi There, My husband and I have been married for almost 17 years. We have 2 beautiful children (12 & 10) and now we are expecting an unexpected 3rd child. Ever since he found out that I was pregnant he has distanced himself from me. Our relationship has changed so drastically. His reasons are that he cannot see himself raising a 3rd child. He is going to turn 40 next year and me 39. The 40 thing seems to have a major impact on him. He has moved out of our bedroom. I have tried reasoning with him but I can’t get through to him. He accepts the baby but his actions have hurt me deeply. I have suggested counseling but he is not interested in it. This is the man that I have loved for almost half of my life. What I need to know is that are we going to move pass this. I am almost 6 months pregnant. I need his emotional support as well as his love. |
