Subject: meditation from the Lighted Ones
Hi everyone,
Yesterday the Lighted Ones gave me this exercise to give out to those that are being affected by the events happening in the world.
From your heart imagine a golden glow growing bigger. Bring the light down through your body and out the bottom of your feet connecting with Mother Earth. Then see it expanding up through your arms and out your hands. Bring it up through your neck, your head and out your top chakra. Visualize it swirling around your body.
Repeat this same procedure with a bright white light - then a pink.
Next see a candle flame starting from the heart and encompassing your whole body and out the top of your head to swirl with the other three energies about your body.
See yourself outside the Earth so that you see the whole Earth. Allow the swirling colors to come from your heart and hands to the Earth and surround the Earth. Allow it to permeate the mantle of the Earth as well as remaining above the Earth.
Open your eyes and come back to yourself. This process sends forth peace, light, love, and hope out to the planet and its people as well as centering, cleansing, and protecting by giving to you these same gifts. By giving forth to the world you also receive greatly.
As healers & empaths remember that sometimes you can connect with the fears and pain in the world. If you feel out of balance this will assist you greatly. We are here to help shift the world into a new state of awareness - one of LOVE.
Children are highly attuned to the vibrations of energy being emitted also. I sat down with my son and did this procedure with him. The results in his attitude changed almost instantaneously.

Channeling - The Lighted Ones September 11, 2001
Good day - indeed there have been changes in the world. But remember this, all things are for the better. All things are occurring in order for life to make a change in awareness. It is a change in understanding that human life is important. That human life is indeed special. And that human life is indeed a powerful force of light in the world. It is necessary for this event to occur in order for all nations in the world to look at what they have created. To look at what they have entreated upon, forced upon the world in many ways. The values that they hold dear to themselves are not necessarily the values that are necessary to promote a sustainable life in the world.
It is necessary to remember that all those beings that have sacrificed their personal world, their personal existence for this cause do so in loving regard to the world. Not as a sacrifice but as a completion to what they have chosen to do upon this planet. To assist in the awakening of those whom are left to come to a place of love. For indeed this is what the expression means. It is necessary for the world to unite to become one. And at this time, or in prior times, it has not always been this way. Nor has it ever been a peaceful planet. It is necessary for the world to unite in a holy cause of not war but LOVE, to exist together and work together to create the planet the way it should be, in harmony.
We are not going to say this will happen over night. Nor will this be the end to all the circumstances that are going to occur because of this situation. But what we will say to give you a better example of what will occur is that the world will need to be brought forth together. And to do so it will have to unite in a common cause and that is to value human life, to value the soul's existence upon this planet. What has occurred today is not the end nor will it be. And perhaps you may understand that it may get a little worse before it even rights itself. And we are speaking of years here - years of feelings, years of understanding, and years of beings coming together to understand their own divine reasoning, their own divine existence & their own divine self. Today is not a tragedy although it appears to be so. It is just the actions of life to create balance in the world. And that must be remembered. In all things, love needs to take a prime place.
Love needs to come forth into its own existence and love needs to be projected into the world now. It is not an act of love what has occurred today. It is an act of understanding. And the world is going to be fearful, very fearful. And it is this fear that needs to be countered with an energy of light and love. Indeed on our side we are projecting that into the world. But what will happen will be an increased awareness of war; an increased awareness of revenge until it rights itself into a balance. And again we are speaking of years - many, many years. But at the same time, remember that if the world can come into a greater state of awareness in a quicker way then peace can reign. We do not feel this is going to happen for there is too much fear out there and there always has been.
But at this time what you and others can do is to find that balance within yourself. To understand the rightness of what is occurring. To understand that this is just an aspect of love, to create love in the world. For as you well know, through tragedy love has a chance to shine. And indeed it may be individuals assisting other individuals, it may be on a very base level for those who are not aware of the divine existence. For those of you who are aware that there is a greater light out there, it is time to open up to that light. To see it pouring through you and to others, and to see it pouring around the world. To emerse the world in love, peace, hope, and light. Those four aspects. To project them and radiate them out from you and till they go around the world. If all were to do that now, there is a chance that this would shift into a different aspect much quicker.
You have an opportunity now to reach out to others and to speak these words to others. To gather your friends, your family, your spiritual family, and those that you know to be light and love and to be doing this work and to connect with them, to join in a global aspect of peace. And this is important. If by a phonecall or by a word spoken you can create more peace in the world then it is worthwhile. This is important and yet it will seem trivial in light of what is occurring. But remember it is not, it is very important in order to regain balance.
Remember that peace needs to reign in the world.
September 12, 2001
Good evening. Today is a day of great reconsideration. Reconsideration of the mind and of the heart. It is a time for energies to be as they should be. To be balanced, to be whole. To draw in, not only from the earth but also from the heavens, the universal thoughts of peace and harmony. Today is a day of awakening up to the true gift of giving to each other. Whether it be from the mind, the heart, the soul or even from the physical realm the gift of light, the gift of love, and the gift of assistance in all ways. It is necessary to remember this is not a tragedy. This is a hope beyond hope that all life can come together and be at peace. And that is the outcome or the hope for the outcome that must be looked upon as an eventuality to hold in your heart and mind no matter what the circumstances seem to be, that there will be peace upon this earth. For peace is the only thing that will give to each individual a sense of feeling of belonging to a greater whole, belonging to a greater sense of specialness and unity between the earth and its people.
Yes this was a start, but the starts have happened many times. It is now a different starting point, a different way of beginning for there are more people that are awake now than ever before. And although the situation that has occurred is not one that is pleasant, it is one that can create change. And change is imminent and change is here. And there is not one person upon this earth that was not touched by what occurred today and yesterday. Remember that, for all things are vibrating to the same avenue of awareness whether they are awake to remember it or to understand it. Take to heart what we have said. And know that in all things there is a divine greatness. In all things there is a divine light. And in all circumstances there is continuity, continuity of love that threads its way like a blanket of light throughout the earth.
Be at peace and send that peace forward. It is the message that we come to give. It is the message that great masters have given throughout the ages. That one needs to find that wholeness within themselves, that peace and that light and radiate it to each other. That one needs to find within their heart all the joy that they have and send it forth to the world. Remember you are not alone in this. For there are many assisting, many more than ever before to help to create a harmony that will be a while in coming but should be there, that can be there, that might be there or that will be there. For the variables are still out there. But there is more unity now within your earth than ever before. Be at peace and go that way within your mind and certainly ask for assistance. Ask all you like for yourself, for yourself first so that you truly have the energy and the resources to give and to give greatly. Take this time to relax, to reflect and to be at peace.
This has been an opportunity for change. And perhaps one that others won't be able to see it as such, especially those who are grieving for those loved ones they have lost. And remember that those that are grieving have to grieve. Allow them that grief and surround them with light and love so that they may fully be appreciative of being on the earth frame. Our love goes to you tonight and to all those who need it.
Channeling December 8, 2001 A Spiritual Shower
Pam and I were talking we were talking about the fact that worthiness had come up in my channeling. And Pam was saying for other friends this was coming up also or older issues were coming up. And we wondered if there was a pattern on this. For me, this was an old wound that had come up.
What we can say concerning this is that it is time for those beings of lighted nature, those beings of aware natures, those people whom need to change or grow need to release or re-remember to release all that no longer serves them in the new energetic field that is coming forth into the world. It is time to relinquish those aspects of oneself that do not form a cohesive idea or memory for the next stage of existence on the planet. In other words, your energies need to match the new found freedoms that the souls are going to experience for the future. In order to do that little, aspects are being "niggled", and we will use the word "niggled", to gently prod them forward in such a manner which allows each individual to see themselves in a different way. And the only way one can see themselves in a different way is to look at the past and realize they do no longer choose that. To look at the past and say, these no longer serve me, as these aspects begin to fall forward and fall off by the experience. What changes is the energetic vibration around that person.
Each person needs to know that all are worthy under
God's light, in God's light, and because of God's light. And that they are
God's light. By doing so they find that they are elevated into a different
and unique set of patterns, a certain awareness that brings forth more of
a contented light into the world. So this is what is occurring for most individuals.
On a very spiritual level we would say that they are seeing the trueness of
themselves by releasing that which no longer serves them. So if it is coming
up into your awareness or anybody else's awareness about their own patterns
or their own thoughts that no longer are completely loving it is only due
to the fact that it needs to be dropped off. By bringing it to awareness you
can let go or alter the energy patterns or energy spots that no longer hold
the light that is you. And so forth. It is happening to many. But if you will
note that in the many that it is happening, it comes up and diminishes quite
rapidly. It is not something that takes years of analysis. No longer is that
needed to be so. You do not have time for that. (True!)
For it is no longer the time to wallow in self-pity. And all the aspects that have come forth are actually self-pity. For there is something that has brought up to each individual their lack rather than their growth, their lack rather than their abundance. And to note that the unworthiness that you and others are dealing with is one that is very much an untruth, very much is it just a basic fear of not being accepted for whom you are in totality. And that must be eliminated for that cannot serve you, has not served you and will never serve you in the future. So it is brought forth perhaps an old "wound" as you say. But we do not see it as a wound but rather as an opportunity for this energetic vibration to leave that aspect of you. So rather than creating a wound it is actually bringing it to the surface so you can wash it away as you would dirt on the skin.
Like letting it bubble up so it can leave.
Yes. If you were to be dirty you would take a bath,
and it would be gone and you would no longer think about it. Is that correct?
(Yes) And it is the same way with this. It lies upon the surface until
you wash it away. And so you may do so at any time for we are giving to you
that it no longer serves you, it lies there and does nothing for the soul.
In essence, if you were to see the energy of it, it would be like a dark spot
upon the soul or upon the energetic vibration of the soul. And by energetically
washing it away you leave a much brighter area for the world to see. And it
needs to be eliminated quickly. Because how could somebody see your light,
your heart, to its fullest extent if that were there?
Remember this is so easy. Get out your spiritual soap and take a shower! That
is all it takes.
Translate that into human form!
Visualize yourself standing in a shower of silvery energy and allow that to bathe your body as you would rinse your body. Then see your soap, the golden light, and scrub the energy of your body clean within your mind. Allow it to dribble and rinse yourself again with the silvery light. And see what it looks like. Stand out beside you. And do it again and again till you feel you are done. So all this is, is just a basic rubdown if you will, to release the residue. And that is all it is, residue. So you are already there. That is why it is so easy to cleanse yourself of the rest of it. Does that help you?
